Chris Harris is a 3D Creature Animator who's professional toolset includes Autodesk Maya, Zbrush and Shake. He just recently finished up at leading a 3D department at one of Sydney's leading design and visual effects post houses.

His television credits include the “Lux Mermaid” TVC campaign starring Rachel Weiss, the 3D animated children series “Stevie Stardust”, Discovery Channel's “Rise of the Feathered Dragons” and animation for the ABC documentary “Dinosaurs on Ice”. He has also worked on numerous TVC's for clients such as Telstra, Honda, Mitsubishi, Visa and Air New Zealand.

In the videogame world, Chris has contributed to such high end projects such as the introductory cinematic to “STALKER: Shadow of Chenobyl”, character animation for Revolution Software's “Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon”, VFX for THQ's “Constantine: the Video Game” and the opening cinematic for “Juiced”.

Chris has a Certificate 3 in 3D Modeling Animation and Digital Effects from the Silicon Graphics Centre from which he graduated with distinction. He was also nominated for his initial student short film in the Australian Animation and Effects Festival Awards in 2001. His work was nominated again the following year for the stereoscopic opening film for the 2002 Tokyo Motor Show.
